Delivery and Returns

UK CUSTOMERS
Orders are usually dispatched same or next working day unless otherwise stated on the product description page and standard delivery (3-4 days after dispatch) is free.

Priority delivery (1st Class Recorded) is also available and charged a flat rate of £1.50 per order.

Your order will always be sent using a trackable mail service.

OUTSIDE UK
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items purchased. You will see the postage cost on the Shopping Basket page in the "select shipping destination" drop-down box. International orders are sent by Airmail.

If you pay using Google Checkout, your order will not be charged until it is ready for dispatch. Alternative payment methods such as Paypal are charged when your order is submitted.

Each handmade jewellery item created by Fresh Look Jewellery is usually only available as a one-off piece and is therefore subject to availability. If any item in your order is unavailable, you will be given the opportunity to proceed with the available items in your order or to cancel your order in its entirety.

RETURNS
We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase, but offer a 14 day returns policy in case you aren't completely satisfied. You must return goods at your own cost and we recommend using a tracked and insured service (such as Special Delivery) to ensure your goods arrive safely. If your item is faulty, the cost of returning the item will be borne by Fresh Look Jewellery. Please contact mail@freshlookjewellery.co.uk if you have any questions or would like to make a return.

Please note that worn jewellery and personalised gifts are non-returnable unless faulty.
